The location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance to the train station and close to the town center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was decent with a variety of options.

My New Year stay at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were small, outdated, and lacked proper insulation, causing a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. The bathroom was cramped and had poor ventilation. the hotel needs renovation and upgrading. The value for money was poor and did not meet my expectations.

the rooms are of good size and well laid out with comfortable mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff is polite, responsive and goes out of their way to make guests' stay pleasant.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel do not meet expectations. One may find mouldy and smelly rooms with ants running around and poor acoustics, disturbing one's sleep.

Only Location, too near Railway station

Heating Radiators were working noisy, which required adjustment. Bed lamp was without bulb and radio/Clock was out of service. No cleaning hand tissue was available.

No food services whatsoever available after 8:30pm. The guest will definitely sleep hungry at this hotel. The whole town shuts down at 8:30pm. The nearest restaurant is 30-40 minutes away. We had kids with us and had to go find food at a gas station so the kids don't go to sleep hungry. Utterly rediculous .... The chef checked us out in the morning at 6:30AM instead of a reception clerk. I wonder what it would be like if we had to catch an earlier flight. Will not go back ...
